We are moving to level 2 at 11:59pm on 7th September and will reopen to the public on Wednesday 8th September with restrictions:
- We only allow a maximum of 50 people inside Jago Town, excluding JagoTown staff.
- Extra cleaning and hygiene measures will be conducted on a daily basis.
- Customers MUST scan tracer QR code before going inside Jago Town premises.
- Customers keep a 1 meter distance from the people you don’t know.
- To protect our customers, please stay at home if you have any symptoms or unwell.
- Coffee, drink and food can order as takeaway. NO outside food and drink.
Due to restrictions in place, we have structured some plans on weekends and weekdays:
- Weekdays: Open as usual, we will limit people inside to 50 max.
- Weekends: Due to high demand of birthday party bookings, we will reserve some spaces for customers with booked parties. Customers with booked parties will provide the total number of attending guests, these include parents and families.
- To ensure everyone have a fair play time, we allow a maximum stay time of 3 hours inside within the venue and 1 adult per family for supervision (except the birthday child’s parents).
- We would kindly ask the party booking customers to arrive 10 mins before your booking time. We will allocate extra spaces after your booked time is finished.
